UniFi is a service by Telekom Malaysia, offering Internet access, VoIP and IPTV to residential and business customers in Malaysia through an optical fiber network via Fiber to the Home (FTTH) for individual housing units and VDSL2 for multi-story buildings.

UniFi Cashback rates:

Example: If UniFi Residential = RM 129/mo, then cashback given is RM 140.61

Steps to get Cashback

• Click Shop Now
• Select Package of interest
• Fill in the form. Use the same E-MAIL as your MilkADeal Account in your application
• Authorised Agent will contact you within 2 working days to arrange an appointment for installation
• Pending Cashback will appear in your account after the installation has been made

Terms & Conditions of UniFi Cashback:

• Cashback is qualified for NEW APPLICATIONS. In other words, Downgrade/Upgrade/Existing User on the same address is not qualified to get this Cashback
• Cashback is qualified for existing customers ONLY if a different address from existing account is submitted
• Bill payments is not qualified for Cashback
• Cashback will be confirmed within stated period after installation has been completed
• Subscription is based on availability of address
• Customer is required to fill in FULL ADDRESS (included Unit Number, Jalan Name, Taman Name, Building Name, Postcode and etc to ensure the accuracy of Coverage Checking)
• Customer will receive SMS / Call within 3 working days to proceed to the next stage of registration
• For packages under UniFi Business, customer is requested to provide FULL SETS of company registration documents for Internet Registration. Hotliners will advice on the documents required.
• Professional dispatch team will be arranged to take thumbprint and e-form verification with customer before installation. For packages under UniFi Business, Business Owners (Enterprise / Sole Proprietor) must be available for thumbprint and no representative allowed for this process.
• A completed subscription is based on successful of installation and e-form verification with customer
• 2 years contract for each application and penalty will be imposed for any early termination
