What is Taobao?

Taobao is China's largest online shopping destination. Launched in May 2003, Taobao Marketplace (www.taobao.com) is the online shopping destination of choice for Chinese consumers looking for wide selection, value and convenience. Shoppers choose from a wide range of products and services on Taobao Marketplace, which features hundreds of millions of product and service listings. Taobao Marketplace was China's largest online shopping destination in terms of gross merchandise volume in 2014, according to iResearch. • Purchases made on the Taobao app do not qualify for cashback.
• Cashback is eligible only on the purchase price of items. Shipping costs, service fees, returns, exchanges and cancellations will not be awarded cashback.
• Only taobao orders paid online will get cashback. Cash on delivery will not be awarded cashback.
• Only taobao orders made from outside of mainland China are eligible for cashback.
• Shopping cart must be empty before you start your shopping trip from MilkADeal.com for taobao orders to be eligible for cashback.
• Opening new/multiple tabs before making the purchase will not be eligible for cashback from taobao.
• Users who opens Taobao's newsletter just before making the purchase will not be eligible for cashback from Taobao.
• Users with Pop-up & Ad blockers installed/enabled on their browser will not be eligible for cashback from Taobao.
• Gift card purchases do not qualify for cashback.
• Returns, exchanges and cancellations will not be awarded with cashback.
• The use of any discount/promo/voucher codes other than those published on MilkADeal may result in your cashback being voided.
• Cashback is calculated excluding all taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promo code applied, credits utilised, service charges, points redemption etc.
