  1. Bookings made via Hotels.com App do not qualify for cashback.
  2. 'Book Now, Pay Later' option also qualifies for cashback.

  5. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and no shows will not be awarded with cashback.
  6. Bookings made with any third party reward coupons / discount-code / promocode will not qualify for cashback.
  7. Bookings made with any bank, Mastercard or VISA discount-code / promocode will not be eligible for cashback (you can still pay with Mastercard and VISA, and get cashback as long as you are not using any of their promocodes).

For Hotels.com hotel bookings (and all other travel-related transactions), confirmation will take around 60 - 75 working days after your hotel check-out or departure date to be confirmed and ready for you to cash out. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. It will be confirmed once Hotels.com informs us that there will be no further issues with your transaction (no disputes / refunds / cancellations / changes / no-shows).
  11. In the unlikely event your payment made failed at the merchant page, return to MilkADeal and re-do your purchase to ensure proper tracking.
