Tips for Successful Participation:

• Answer Pre-Survey questions as accurately as possible. Failure to do so may limit the qualifying surveys available or cashback eligibility due to the anti-fraud system.
• If you have reached the limit of surveys available, try again next week.
• Pay attention and take your time when answering the survey questions.
• Make sure your responses in the Survey matches the response you gave during the Pre-Survey stage.

Terms & Conditions of Survey Cashback:

• Qualified Surveys are deemed completed only when the Survey Complete Page loads at the end of the Survey.
• Surveys are facilitated by Lucid Marketplace and any cashback voided or awarded, including the amount, is solely under Lucid's discretion.
• Surveys and pre-surveys must be fully completed with no interruptions.
• Do not close any page until the Survey Complete Page is fully loaded after completing the survey.
• Surveys given are distributed automatically by the Lucid Marketplace's Smart Matching System.
• Lucid Marketplace deploys an anti-fraud system to prevent users from gaming the system. Depending on your response activity (e.g. Speeding, Straight-Lining, Repetitive Answers, etc), the anti-fraud system might flag you and your cashback will be voided as a result.
• Before completing the Survey, opening/browsing other websites after clicking Shop Now will disrupt the cashback tracking system, resulting in your cashback not getting tracked or getting voided.
• Surveys participated using Internet Networks with firewalls or in a Public WiFi environment (e.g. Starbucks) may result in your cashback not getting tracked.
• Confirmed within days shown is a guide and may be subjected to delays if there are delays in reporting by the merchant.
• As we receive reports in foreign currency, there may be a slight discrepancy in your purchase total due to currency exchange.
